Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted only before the product is shipped or made. If you cancel within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the product under our returns policy.

Returns

You may apply for a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be responsible for shipping costs once. No additional restocking fees will be charged for returns.

Refunds

After we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several days.
